Refund policy

IN-STOCK ITEMS:

If you have received your order and would like to return it for a refund, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in new, unworn condition, with all plastic wrap still intact. A refund, less return shipping costs, will be issued once the item is received and inspected by our team. Please note that we cannot refund customs duties or taxes paid.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, payment is captured and the pre-order can no longer be cancelled or refunded while the watch is in production.

Once delivered, pre-ordered watches are eligible for our standard 14-day return policy above.
