India: Product prices DO NOT include Tax or other import duties. These taxes will be assessed and collected by local authorities upon delivery.

A Note on Overseas Territories: While duties and VAT are normally calculated at checkout, some overseas territories (e.g. St. Barts, French Polynesia, Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, etc.) may not be supported by our automated system. In these cases, local customs authorities may collect import duties/taxes (often 15–25%) upon delivery. Please be aware that these charges are outside our control and check with your local authorities before ordering.

We offer a 2 year warranty on our watches against any manufacturing defect from the date of shipment.

With service partners around the world, we are able to provide prompt resolution within the warranty period, as well as useful guidance & cooperation once the warranty period has ended.

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled at no charge.

If you have received your order and would like to return it for a refund, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in new/unworn condition. A refund (minus return shipping cost) will be applied once the item is received and inspected by our team. Please note that we cannot refund International customs duties or taxes paid.
