MODEL No.2 | CHRONOGRAPH PREORDERS

HOW DO I PREORDER THE MODEL NO.2?

The Model No.2 | CHRONOGRAPH will become available to preorder October 1st 2024. Preordering works the same way as purchasing. You are simply paying for the watch up front before it has been produced.

CAN YOU ACCEPT PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR PREORDERS?

No, payment in full is required to reserve the watch in advance.

CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?

You can cancel your preorder within 48hrs of placing it. After this period, the order is non-refundable. That is because the watch you order is reserved specifically for you, and we are required to pay our manufacturers for it, up front.

WHEN WILL MY PREORDERED MODEL NO.2 BE DELIVERED?

Your watch will be delivered in April/May 2025.

CAN I CHOOSE MY NUMBER IF I ORDER ONE OF THE FIRST 150 UNITS?

The first 150 units will be numbered in the sequence that the orders are received. As such, we are not able to allocate a specific number to your order.

WHY DID LORCA COME TO BE?

As keen watch enthusiasts and observers of the industry, we felt there was a lack of refined, high quality sports watches being offered for under $5k USD.

We wanted to bring consumers & collectors new designs that felt fresh and distinctive, while at the same time, classic. Watches, we ourselves were seeking: serious, quality timepieces with character, available at a fair price. Not a stand-in for a more expensive counterpart, out of reach.

Lorca watches are elegant, singular in design, more than adequately waterproof and solidly built.

WHERE IS LORCA BASED?

Lorca is based in New York City. Our watches are designed by Jesse Marchant at his NYC studio.

WHERE ARE YOUR WATCHES MADE?

Our watches are assembled at state of the art facilities in Switzerland of parts manufactured in Switzerland & Hong Kong. All our watches feature highly accurate mechanical movements manufactured in Switzerland.

ARE LORCA WATCHES HIGH QUALITY?

Yes, very much so. We work with only the finest suppliers of components available in the sub $10k sphere.

Our material quality, finish and QC is on par with that of larger Swiss brands that offer similar watches at a significantly higher price.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship our watches all over the world via UPS & DHL. Shipping is free and fully insured.

DO PRICES INCLUDE TAXES, VAT & DUTY?

No. Prices are exclusive of local tax and duty.

USA: New York residents will be charged 8.725% sales tax at checkout. Customers ordering to states outside of NY will not be subject to sales tax.

UK & EU: Value Added Tax (VAT) on imports ranges from 15% to 28%, with an average rate of ~ 20%.*

JAPAN: Import tax ranges from 8-10%*

HONG KONG: No import tax or duty is charged on watches shipped to Hong Kong.

*These fees will be collected by our couriers, UPS or DHL before delivery.

For more specific estimates and for countries/territories not listed above, please enquire with your local trade administration.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We personally perform final QC and ship every watch in fully recyclable packaging from our headquarters in New York City.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on our watches, valid from the date of delivery, against any mechanical issue resulting from a manufacturing defect.

Lorca is partnered with Horologium to provide prompt resolution within the warranty period, as well as useful guidance & cooperation once the warranty period has ended.

Horologium employs a vast global network of trusted watchmakers in the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, UAE, Australia, Singapore & beyond, eliminating the need to send the watch across borders for service or repair.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In-stock items typically ship the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out Monday.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes. If you have received your order and would like to return it for a refund, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in new/unworn condition. A refund (minus return shipping cost) will be applied once the item is received and inspected by our team. Please note that we cannot refund customs duties or taxes paid.

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled at no charge.
