We offer a 2 year warranty on our watches against any manufacturing defect from the date of shipment.
With service partners around the world, we are able to provide prompt resolution within the warranty period, as well as useful guidance & cooperation once the warranty period has ended.
14 DAY RETURNS
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled at no charge.
If you have received your order and would like to return it for a refund, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in new/unworn condition. A refund (minus return shipping cost) will be applied once the item is received and inspected by our team. Please note that we cannot refund customs duties or taxes paid.
